XML Common Business Library (xCBL), version 2.0, release 3

xCBL 2.0 is the version of the XML Common Business Library in use today in many applications. While much more limited in scope than xCBL 3.0, it covers the majority of procurement scenarios in many business-to-business e-commerce applications. It is made available in SOX format, XDR format, and DTD format, along with sample documents and documentation.
