Commerce One recently launched a website for developers. Inside you will find tools, news, discussion lists and other resources related to the development of standards based web services. In particular the DocSOAPXDK, which is an open-source, royalty free, Java Web Services SOAP and XML development kit. DocSOAPXDK is ideally suited for use in conjunction with the xCBL document libraries.
